We initially ran into a booking issue, but both Expedia and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly. I was really impressed by how fast and efficient their communication was."

"Room was clean, comfy bed but pillows were quite small. Staff were very pleasant and gave lots of advice about our time in Bruges. There was an issue with hot water before we checked out which unfortunately prevented a morning shower, which was a shame, but nothing the hotel could do. Amenities were fantastic, and the hotel was really nicely located."

"Nous avons eu un superbe séjour dans ce lieu empreint du passé et préservé par le patrimoine. L’hôtesse d’accueil était très gentille et serviable ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel. Nous avons profité du petit jardin intérieur en prenant un verre, ainsi que quelques jeux à notre disposition dans le lobby bar. Dans notre chambre nous avions : l’air climatisé, une petite boîte de chocolat et plusieurs essentiels pour l’hygiène. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour préserver le patrimoine et cela est parfait. Vue sur le canal et secteur tranquille :-)"

"This hotel was PERFECT! We booked a Charming Double Room with Shower. Easy check in/out and the staff was really helpful with recommendations. We would definitely stay here again! PROS: -Located in the center of everything. Super walkable - Comfortable bed and decent size room -Air conditioning was great! You could set the temp yourself. We were there during a heatwave so this was necessary. - Elevators - Cute hotel bar, self-service paid Starbucks machine (including iced drinks!) and a small store of snacks/drinks -They will hold your luggage if you arrive early/ stay past check out - Quiet. We couldn’t hear other guest inside our room. CONS- That we couldn’t stay longer!"
