Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were all amazing and kind, providing great local suggestions in the area. The room was comfortable and clean- all beds were great in the triple room. The breakfast was delicious.

Nice place to stay in Bruges

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good Location. I would recommend this as a great option for anyone visiting Bruges.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Couldn't do enough to help when our journey was disrupted by french strike action, causing us to be late. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location.

Parkeren in de buurt van het hotel is goed mogelijk. Slechts 150mtr is een grote parkeergarage met veel mogelijk op electrisch laden. Hotel is zeer goed, een lekker ontbijt met veel keuze. Er wordt gevraagt hoe en in welke vorm de eitje wilt. Erg lekker. Kamer is ruim, schoon, goede bedden en een fijne badkamer.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral – besser kann man in Brügge kaum übernachten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und das historische Gebäude hat einen besonderen, charmanten Charakter. Die Zimmerausstattung ist zwar etwas älter, was aber gut zum Konzept passt. Etwas störend waren die Flecken auf den Sitzsofas, hier könnte mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Die Holztreppen verleihen dem Haus zwar Atmosphäre, sind aber beim Hoch- und Runtergehen recht laut. Das Parkhaus befindet sich nur rund 200 Meter entfernt, was für Autofahrer sehr praktisch ist. Insgesamt ein schönes, authentisches Stadthotel mit Charakter und idealer Lage.

From the moment I arrived and until the moment I left, the thoughtfulness and kindness by all was unconditional. As a solo traveler who has traveled around the world, I would rate this stay as "exceptional" in every way!!

The hotel is in a 14th century building and was really nice. We had to climb a wooden spiral staircase (probably original) to get our cute room. The included breakfast was good and satisfying. The staff were AMAZING other than me trying to explain that the WiFi in our part of the building could not access the internet. This was annoying but a small downside to a quaint hotel with great service.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel has plenty of character. The complimentary breakfast was always very well stocked and there was a surprising choice of cereals, breads, pastries and fruits. The location of the hotel is excellent - a stone's throw from the main square and walkable distance from most of the tourist attractions. We can't recommend Boterhuis Hotel highly enough :-)
