Spacious, clean, updated room in a location that can’t be beat. I’d recommend this hotel 100%. Only complaint, is that although they have air conditioning it’s locked down so you can’t lower the temperature to a comfortable one, so unfortunately it was a tad too warm to sleep well,

Clean room, great staff. Don’t let them put you on the first floor of this hotel (room 128). Horrible hotel room, window to the “outside” is actually just a window to the hallway that everyone walking by can look in. That goes for the window into the room and the window into your bathroom. Shouldn’t be a hotel room option, terrible idea by this hotel

Second time staying here. The property is not pristine but as a 3 star hotel it is great for a base in the centre of Brugge. We used the car park under the market square for our 4 day stay and it was €51.30 and a 10 minute or so walk to the hotel. Room was cleaned daily and breakfast was good value and enough of what we like. Downside to the room was no fridge and as it was very hot did limit the amount of chocolate and beer you could take back to the room!

This property was undergoing renovations while we were staying there. We had a canal view room on this occasion, which was so beautiful. Great location! We didn't have breakfast here but went to local cafes instead, but from the set up it looked good. If you have mobility issues, this hotel may not be for you - steps to the lift. We would stay here again.

Location, location, location! Steps from the square, on a canal! Views were spectacular!! Breakfast was lovely hosted by a wonderful lady. The attached patio and Waffle Wagon must be experienced. All staff we encountered were helpful and welcoming. There was some construction but that can't be avoided and it didn't interfere with our stay.

The young lady upon checking inn was fantastic. We waited on us on the patio and got to see her upon our departure as well to wish her well! Breakfast was great and overlooking canal. Cafe outside overlooking the canal was great and a very popular spot. Hotel was well located, walkable to everywhere. The hotel is going through a major renovation but it wasn't a disturbance to us. Due to the scaffolding outside of the hotel, it made it easier to locate our hotel after a long day of touring.

This property was undergoing renovations while we were staying there. There was some noise during the day time (from like 9:00 to 18:00), so quiet in the evening but noisy if you needed an afternoon nap. Great location! We didn't have breakfast here but went to local cafes instead, but from the set up it looked good. If you have mobility issues, this hotel may not be for you - steps to the lift. This hotel was in the core of the historical district. Walking to the Markt, Belfry, Historium, canal cruised were all steps away. Many chocolate, waffle, beer and spevialry shops (lace and tapestries) lined the street. Rooms were spacious, pristine and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
