We liked everything inside the hotel. When you go out in the street, this isn't nice to see because there are some dismissed and ugly shops. But the Burg and the Markt are very close, and we enjoyed our holiday very much. The girls at the reception and at the breakfast are kind and lovely.

Wonderful city of Brugge

Hotel is in a great location. The room we had was up a steep flight of stairs with no elevator. The room was small, not unusual for Europe. Brugge is a wonderful city. Easily walkable. Lots to shop and see. Great food too.

Close to the square and Belfort tower. The room was large, comfortable and we loved the bar lounge for a glass of wine to end the evening. And I can’t forget the breakfast buffet. Fabulous. Such a beautiful hotel. Good value
