Stunning hotel convenient to everything in Bruges. Supermarket is steps away but be advised it does not open until 830 am and most everything closes at 6 pm. be sure to take a guided tour of town otherwise you miss much of the history. Staff also pointed out places to see when we checked in. A hotel provided shuttle to/from the train would be nice. Overall fantastic.

This is a beautiful hotel that has clean comfortable rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly. Getting to the hotel garage is a bit confusing if you're driving there at least it was for us. Also, we were a little disappointed with the view from our room having requested a city view room over a garden view. However, we did not mention our disappointment to the hotel staff so they didn't have an opportunity to remedy that. It is in a good location providing access to shops and many dining options. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for a couple of days.
