Bed and Breakfast in Sidi El Heni

"I would not recommend it. Spend more and find a better hotel if you are someone who is on tight budget and don’t mind how the rooms and bathrooms are then book this hotel. Firstly the check in was great the entrance is nice, the outside garden is beautiful leads you straight to the beach, the balconies do have nice view of the beach and the staff are lovely but that’s the only thing nice about this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are old to the point where everything is rusty. The bath is old where paint is coming off looks like dirt, the floor tiles are disgusting rust everywhere the water from the taps will just randomly stop and then will randomly come back. There’s no AC in the rooms, the light bulbs will randomly flicker and stop and then come back on don’t bother getting breakfast they don’t have much they only have boiled eggs, croissant, bread and dips and coffee machine THATS IT in a huge dinning hall that’s all they have. MOST IMPORTANTLY this hotel is next to clubs and also has a lounge/club attached to it downstairs where THEY WILL BLAST SONGS AND I MEAN BLAST LOUD UPBEAT SONGS FROM 11:00pm ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT which is very inconsiderate and absolutely disgusting because there’s no AC we had to sleep with the balcony door open for some air therefore YOU WILL NOT SLEEP TRUST ME. IF I CAN UPLOAD VIDEOS HERE I WILL. I was staying on the 5th floor and honestly the music sounds as if it was next door. Very disappointed as this hotel has so much potential& lovely staf"

"Fell in LOVE with this place. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful in getting everything ready. Room was beautiful, everything was spotless. I personally got the “full board” option which included food and the buffet was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you to such a great group of people! "

"Il s’agit d’un formidable hôtel ! Les gens du personnel sont extrêmement accueillants et gentils ! Les installations sont excellentes. Néanmoins, le bain tourbillon du spa est petit et n’est pas assez chaud. De plus, les saunas ne fonctionnaient pas bien. Un merci tout spécial au maître d’hôtel du restaurant italien et au serveur Saber. Ils ont été très chaleureux et aux petits soins avec nous !"

"Stayed for 4 nights, booked independently, and very good value as it includes buffet breakfast and dinner. The food is amazing. We are vegetarian/vegan and the hotel has dishes clearly labelled. The hotel itself is very clean and luxurious, and our room was comfortable and spacious. The gardens are immaculately kept. Service is excellent from all the staff. We used the indoor pool before breakfast as it was very quiet, the outdoor pool was too cold at this time of year. The hotel has a pleasant beach but due to the weather we were unable to use it. To get to Sousse we used Bolt which cost 12 or 13 dinar. We walked to the port area which took around 25 minutes partly along the quiet cycle lane along the road. This hotel is used by travel companies so even off season it is busy. Getting a seat in the restaurant sometimes was tricky, and once you have a table it's best if someone stays at it as someone tried to take our table even though we had left personal items on the chairs; we witnessed this happening with other guests. Although the bed was comfortable we both found the pillows to be lumpy and gave us neckache, they definitely need renewed. Generally though we had a great time here and highly recommend this hotel. There is evening entertainment which changes daily plus lots of afternoon activities like yoga and archery."
