"Fantastic night at this recently refurbished hotel, slight worry about noise on arrival as all guests rooms are above a busy bar but soundproofing was first rate and not a sound could be heard in the rooms. "Stayed for one night en route to a North Devon holiday. The room was excellent, spacious, clean and well laid out. A very comfy bed meant a good night's sleep. Bathroom even had a bath. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had a very good meal. Breakfast was also excellent with a great choice all freshly cooked. Plenty of easy parking and outdoor space. Definitely worth staying and would do so again."
