"We really liked this hotel and the A/C in summer. The 2 ev chargers weren't mentioned beforehand so it was a nice suprise to be able to slow charge at the hotel. The app for the chargers is Smappee. Staff were great. The food was great. We'd stay again."

"Friendly staff, great location for the museum, theatre, seafront and harbour. There is a bus stop right outside for Barnstaple for shopping. We asked if we could have a ground floor room when we booked and that was what we were given. The bathroom was large and very clean. We had to leave early as our granddaughter was unwell and the night staff were very helpful. We would stay in this hotel again. Only downside was the decor was a bit tired in our room."

"We had a warm, friendly welcome and staff did all they could to make our stay satisfactory. The food was first rate. Everywhere was very clean as were the bed linen and towels. I can genuinely recommend this venue."
