Confort and care for the guests

Excellent hotel which I have used several times. About half hours drive from airport with spectacular views over Dubai. Staff friendly and helpful. Although there are renovations going on there was a variety of places to eat and drink. Would use again

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our six night stay at the Taj Exotica. Everything about the resort was sensational, all staff are super friendly and attentive- just what you would expect from a luxury hotel. I must admit travelling around the world at different hotels and resorts, in house restaurants and food have never really been amazing but I can safely say that at the Taj I did not have one bad meal, every single time I ate, the meals were prepared exceptionally- even the buffet...

We were very well looked after from the moment we arrived. It was quiet the week we were there so was perfect for us as we travelled without our family. Executive Club on the 2nd floor had a great selection of food and the service was great, helped by how quiet it was. Being able to use all of the facilities (pools and restaurants etc.) in the Jumeirah complex are what makes it even better. The hotel is still well maintained and luxurious so overall we feel it's still one of our favourite places...

This was an unbelievable experience. the quality of this Hotel is out of this world. the presentation, the immaculate grounds, the smiling and professional staff, the warmth of the welcome,quality, quality, quality... ...you simply cannot find fault anywhere within this operation. It is superb.

We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The room was exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. Our family stayed at Rove City Walk for 4 nights. We were able to checkin in the early hours of the morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable and were serviced daily. Filtered water was provided daily and topped up when requested. The location of the hotel was very close to Dubai mall and the Burj Khalifa. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to and from Dubai mall and Kite Beach. This was very convenient.

We spent a week here and the room, staff and service were all what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. We booked a luxury king suite with Burj Khalifa views and were not disappointed. Special mention to Ezzat our concierge and Maya who remembered our name & room number at breakfast each morning. We had a fabulous stay & will return. Thank you

The service was exceptional. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The facilities are exceptional and so much choice from different restaurants to different pools and a beautiful beach area. The spa facilities are fantastic. Far exceeded my expectations.

I often stay in Dubai and this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in the service staff and facilities are some of the best in Dubai.
