"Enjoyed the river fishing while at App State graduation. Easy drive to everything in Boone. Plenty of small reminders along the river to remind you of how Helene hit the area and how resilient the people in the area truly are. "

"Great location convenient to Boone and area attractions. We were able to quickly get to local trails. Relaxing location with deck; it was just one family but could have easily hosted two. Has a cozy fireplace and sitting area. Bathrooms look new and are spacious. Enjoyed lunch at the billiards hall nearby too and driving by the horses!"

"The sunsets are the icing on the cake of this home. The kitchen is immaculately equipped for pretty much any meal you want to make, the beds and linens are comfortable, it’s clean and welcoming, quiet, and in a great location with so much privacy and so many birds to hear. Be advised the bunk room is an alcove “open to” the downstairs living (there is no door or curtain.) "
