"We had a fantastic stay at the Martinhal in Chiado. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and the accommodation was excellent - very clean, spacious, quiet and great that the bunk beds were in the living space as opposed to the main bedroom. "138 Liberdade is a very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely beautiful! The only thing we didn’t care for was our room was noisy. It was located back in the new section and there was lots of traffic, both car and pedestrian. I think we may have been over the dumpsters? And there was a motion activated light that went on/off all night. Of course we are dumb and didn’t realize until the day we left that there were doors that closed over the windows....

"Amazing Location. Good place to stay with the family . Lot of Dining options , Most Lisbon Attractions are either walkable or 10-12 mins by Taxi. The intercity train station is 10 mins away . The Grocery store is 2 mins away which is like a mini safeway for those in the US. They have a well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer in the Unit. They don't really have anyone onsite but will respond immediately on Whatsapp. "
