Our stay at SANA Malhoa Hotel was absolutely wonderful and the perfect way to conclude our honeymoon. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful—making our final stay feel truly special and memorable. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was beautifully appointed, and the restaurant and breakfast exceeded all expectations. The spa experience was incredible and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The location was also ideal, making it easy to enjoy the city while still feeling like a retreat. We loved every moment of our stay and will absolutely be back!

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful and we had a beautiful welcome gift in the room. They have a stunning outdoor patio to enjoy your welcome drink.

This was my first stay at the Sana Malhoa and overall I have enjoyed my time here. The positives are: Very friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area, awesome breakfast and breakfast area, nice shower, very good air conditioning. Downsides, bath is very high so people with mobility issues will struggle, the bed is a little on the small side, room is on the small side. I would recommend the hotel to others based on my stay and highlighting the downsides above.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, is not far from the metro and the breakfast buffet was top notch. If you dont mind to be a bit away from the city center, this is a great option that I would repeat again.

We had a good experience at SANA. Excellent choices for breakfast, excellent service and fabulous dining area. The hotel is very modern, smells good and super clean. Location is excellent near metro and big bus station going to Fatima and Madrid. Highly recommended. All staff were polite and helpful.
