"Sweet staff. Clean place with a good view if your room.faces the front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. there was a lot of yelling and homeless people fighting til like 3-4 in the morning every day. But the back side of the hotel is towards the touristy area and is quieter. overall good location for tourism."

"Great location in Lisbon, near the beautiful Rossio Square. Breakfast was well presented, featuring fruit, cheeses, pastry etc. Very quiet hotel , rooms very clean with air conditioning. Many restaurants, shops and shopping mall with walking . "

"Really lovely hotel, stayed in the Deluxe Twin room, which was very spacious. Breakfast was included in our deal but I think if it isn’t, it’s worth the extra as there’s so much to choose from. I’d recommend use of the spa but just know that it needs to be accessed by the lift on the left side of the building only "

"Older property but very clean. Considering the location. I can't believe how quiet it was at night. Walking distance to just about everything and a quaint park right across the street to sit at in the evening and look across the city and see the castle lit up. Would absolutely stay there again."
