Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend. Close enough to everything without being in the middle of everything. Takes about 25 mins to walk downhill into the centre of Lisbon.

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. Simply the best city hotel I have stayed in within Europe. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, immaculately clean, wonderful buffet breakfast. Away from the buzz of central downtown Lisbon but walkable or €5 for an Uber. Will definitely return in 2025. Deserves a 5 star rating.

Lovely!

The entire team was fantastic great service! Room was perfect. Nice balcony. Roof bar was lovely as was breakfast. Pool area was ok, hottub was closed. Highly recommend. About a mile walk to city center and Principe real.

Exceptional !!!

Great location with lot of great shopping and restaurants around. Hotel staff was very accommodating and took care of everything from recommendations to small treats to make stay pleasant. On our last night, we had a mishap on a tour bus which made getting dinner impossible. We called the hotel to learn about options and when we got back, they left us sandwiches, fruits and drinks in our room. We were blown away by their kindness and wonderful reception! Feeling felt is what hospitality is about. A+

The staff was very nice. The distribution of room 503 was very unusual. I informed reception about the cockroach and the smell coming from the shower. I got free transfer to the Airport and a “fruit platter”

Everyone I met working at the hotel was wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The room was great and the bar and restaurant on the 6th floor a really lovely space to spend time.
