"Contacts were quick and adequate except for the most important one at the end of the stay which went ignored. the noise from upstairs was clear and close. If you want to rent this apartment, opt for the third floor. Also, the no-refund policy is antiquated and the tv only works if your phone is aligned with the building's wifi. Other than not staying in a hotel there is really no reason to not stay in a hotel."

The key could be tricky, and sometimes, you need to pay attention to dog, um, do on the sidewalk, but otherwise, the neighborhood is super, grocery, park, cafe and metro nearby, and the company is really communicative."

"The pool was amazing, very chilled and good vibes. The hotel was clean, rooms had lots of space a full facilities - kitchen, iron etc. Staff were great - shout out to Chris at the pool bar! Pizza was also great! Overall the hotel was a great place to stay in Lisbon. One thing to note - a bit of a walk to the main centre of the city so Ubers are a must, but being 4 of us it didn’t really bother us! "
