Paulo was wonderful! He was so kind to accommodate a last minute addition to my reservation. The boutique property is extremely clean, wonderful breakfast, quiet at night, and most important in a safe location. As a single female I felt safe and cared for. Old, well kept cosy hotel in the middle of Lisbon. Near to bus, tram and subway. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, nice rooms with A/C. We’d love to stay here again!

Great staff, good breakfast and an interesting building in a central area. Only downside was the bathroom was poorly laid out with an unnecessary bidet and no shelf space for items. The bath was also difficult to get in to when showering.
