This is a great hotel in a fantastic location to see the city of Lisbon. Staff are amazing and can’t do enough help. Our room was spacious and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant opened out into a beautiful courtyard .
An excellent hotel with beautiful, clean rooms, a lovely atmosphere and incredible, friendly staff! The service was fantastic, and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely return!
Beautiful and charming hotel. Delicious breakfast, well located. A grocery store and a tram available right by the hotel. Staff was amazing. Tessa was especially kind and helpful.
Really enjoyed our stay at Dear Lisbon Gallery House. Warm welcome, fab breakfasts and lovely room. Perfectly situated for sightseeing and very close to Green Street so wonderful restaurants on your doorstep! Felt nothing was too much trouble, really liked the daily notes with recommendations on and we would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.
Great location and good breakfast. Room large and comfortable. Convenient location away from central Blvds. Tram 28 stopped right outside. And able to visit most areas we wanted without too many up and down hills. 10 mins walk to Time Out Market. Grocery a couple of doors down the street. Carpeted floors if that matters to you. Some steps/ stairs to navigate. Would recommend.
We really liked our location for walk ability. The staff were very welcoming and personable. We had a large room with two Juliette balconies overlooking the courtyard so it was quiet. The breakfast every morning was a ten. Loved it! If I had a negative it might be the squeaky floors but understandable in an old building. Great stay! Thanks again!
Lovely hotel in a great location a short walk from restaurants, bars and transport options. Staff were very helpful and we loved the little notes in our room each day with hints and tips of what to do next. Beautiful cool lobby area to relax. Nice breakfast. Would happily stay here again.
Lovely breakfast in the morning-phenomenal staff that was able to make great recommendations for food-entertainment and tours. The rooms were clean and spacious with an old world charm. Hotel location is central to everything. Highly recommend using the hotel to arrange hotel transfers as they make it so easy and comfortable.
We loved this hotel, cute atmosphere and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel was exceptional , they were welcoming , super helpful in giving us ideas of places to visit and enjoy the city. Gave us great recos for local restaurants and made a point to check in with us to see how we were enjoying our time .
Very nice place to stay. Staff is great - especially Tessa. Walkable to many points of interest and nearby trolly stop is convenient. Lots of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants nearby
Lovely hotel - great location, clean and well maintained rooms, nice breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed for 4 nights and had no issues during our stay.
Great place. Shout out to Tessa who went above and beyond to support our stay. Rooms were well appointed, quiet balcony. Impeccable breakfast, nothing compares. Would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast buffet was incredible! Staff was extremely kind, informative/helpful. Great air conditioning as we had some warm days? Clean room, but need to look for large bath towels in the closet!
We had an attic for a room we had to be super careful not to bump our heads. No adequate lighting. Bathroom was compact. Shower door too small we had to go side ways in order to get in the shower. We were on the third floor and the elevator only went up to the second floor so we had to take two flights of stairs with luggage ( 20 steps).
We were in Portugal for 12 days and we are definitely not backpackers…
A small window one meter 70 cm dimensions.
Closet was very small with the hangers was blocked by the night stand. Andy the lust go on and on.
I documented photos…
Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Having breakfasts included was great and selection was good.
Front desk staff was super helpful with daily suggestions as to what to do and see. They even set up a car transport to and from airport.
Dear Lisbon had a wonderful breakfast with lots of options to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay at Dear Lisbon Gallery House. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The location was also great. Tram 28 stops right outside the hotel, which made getting around Lisbon incredibly convenient. We were also within about a 20-minute walk of pretty much everywhere else we wanted to go, so we rarely needed to use transportation at all.
The only thing I would mention as a consideration for future guests is that the hotel is not staffed 24 hours a day. After around 11:00 p.m., there was no one at the hotel, which personally made me feel a little uncomfortable and less secure, particularly as a woman travelling. I understand that this may be normal for a smaller boutique hotel, but having someone available overnight, or at least having a more visible overnight presence, would have made me feel much more comfortable.
Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
