"This hotel is right across from Beach they offer a limited number of chairs and umbrellas to take to beach otherwise it’s $20 per hour for on beach rental - parking isc48 a day there is free parking on the street if you pay attention to the signs . The gym is decent pool over run with kids in August . There is a $35 resort fee per day not mentioned until checkout and breakfast is $25 per day per person ."

"Parking underneath building was convenient. The place was very comfortable in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of everything. It was clean and spacious and stylish. Communication was great. The hosts are very prompt in replies."

"On arrival after a long drive from Las Vegas the guy behind reception was totally useless, the welcome I expected was very different from our stays in the previous days. He told us the apartment was “over there” pointing to across the road, so we left and drove over there to get our suitcases out of the car as it looked a fair distance to walk…. No this wasn’t the place so we had to drive all the way around the block and back to the reception, he still persisted to say over there and didn’t get out of his chair until I asked him to point to the apartment we were hooked for!! We were frustrated at this point as we were tired and just wanted to get to our apartment….after this we managed to find it and got in finally, all he had to do was show us but that was a problem for him. This guy needs training on customer service, he was rude and not willing to help, he never even gave us our free welcome bottle of wine either!! Very disappointed!!"

"Casa Jardin was an excellent, 100/100 stay for our family (a baby and a 5 year old). We stayed at Casa De La Vina previously and equally loved this property and the Casa group. Our unit was very clean, easy to access and a great location a couple blocks away from the Presidio. We loved staying on Garden Street. There are more amenities than listed including noise machine, glass pyrex storage containers, Nespresso, oil slick wipes for feet from beach tar, TISSUES, plenty of extra toilet paper and paper towels etc etc. The host is generous and the unit is very well stocked. Would highly recommend - we will stay again!"

"Nice hotel, the location was the highlight. Check in staff was standoffish but the amazing Valets made up for it, they were cheerful and helpful. Nice rooftop pool. Rooms can be noisy (dogs barking, doors slamming, traffic), however overall nice clean accommodations."
