Wonderful one night stay in Santa Barbara, as a stopover en route from San Francisco to LA. Beautiful room (2A), very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Park right at the door to your room! Very warm welcome from the staff. Two minutes walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to State Street where most of the restaurants and bars are.

Lovingly restored, comfortable classic hotel. Staff and service were excellent. The gardens and public sitting areas are beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable but just a little noisy as it was attached to the hotel office and close to the kitchen. Besides that everything was perfect.

An excellent hotel in the centre of town. The rooms are very well appointed and the decor throughout the hotel is stunning but comfortable. Parking is by valet with in and out privileges. There is a small bar in the lobby but no restaurant or pool.
