"Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "

"Had a great stay at the double tree in San Juan. I was working from vacay and the WiFi was out for nearly 36 hours during our stay. Not the end of the world. Staff was lovely and kind, and welcoming. Shout out to Margarita and Paula who took awesome care of us. "

"What an amazing property Coqui del Mar is. Hotel is overall well kept. We stayed at their biggest room, Orange Room, which has a HUGE kitchen, living room, and cute little bathroom. The property is generally well kept, although some areas started to show its age and could use refreshing, i.e. shower in the bathroom, appliances in the kitchen, plants around properties that are not well trimmed, outdoor furniture and turf around hot tub that started to show its age. Location is somewhat walkable,...

"This property needs an upgrade, welcome packages with Wi-fi password, taxi or Uber telephone numbers and restaurant recommendations, would be a nice touch. Rooms need amenities, coffee maker and microwave. Our room desperately needed a paint job. Our door did not work properly it was sticking and hard to open or close. The staff were very friendly and helpful there are many places to eat and shop."
