"My sisters and I stayed for a week on a "retirement" trip and we had a fabulous stay! The property was in a great location, it was supplied with essentials, but most important was that all my communication was answered immediately and Ana was so helpful in answering any questions we had. "Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "
