"This is a fabulous small and unique boutique hotel in a great location and setting. The plane tree in the square is magnificent. The Cathedral and other main attractions are close, the whole area very walkable.
The basement lounge and bar is very well designed, relaxing and a great asset. Great staff!"

The Z Hotel Bath
10/10 Excellent
"Never heard of Z Hotel before. Am I ever glad I found it. The staff is amazing. Every single one of them. The rooms though small are all that you need. Amazingly luxurious. For the price you can't beat it. 1000 times better than any ABnB but for less money. I wish I had planned my trip better and had spent more time in Bath and therefore would had more time at the Z. Until next time "
"The Apex is in an very good location for walking to sites and restaurants. The staff is excellent and amongst our family we had 3 rooms, which were very clean and comfortable. We had dinner one night at their restaurant which was also very good. We would highly recommend this hotel."
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful townhouse located in the picturesque Abbey Green — truly one of the most charming and historic spots in Bath. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the character of the home and its unbeatable location. The townhouse is tastefully decorated. Everything was spotless on arrival, and thoughtful touches — like plush linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and bottle of Prosecco— made us feel instantly at home. What really sets this place apart is the location. Tucked away on a peaceful, cobbled square just steps from Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, and the bustling city centre, it was the perfect base for exploring. We could pop out for morning coffee or an evening stroll with ease — yet the house itself was quiet and restful except for the birds but that’s just Bath (seagulls and pigeons are everywhere). I highly recommend this charming rental in beautiful Bath!"
"Wonderful stay. Indigo is an amazing and quirky hotel and centrally located. Staff are very friendly and heloful. Unfortunately our room wasn't serviced after our first night or I would give 5 * for service. We were out from 8 am to 5.45 so there was plenty of opportunity. We asked for fresh towels and tea bags in lieu. I don't blame the hotel, just the person who didn't fulfil their duties. Unexpected. "
"We just adored our stay here. We had a lovely new room. Our room was lovely, and the breakfast tasty. Staff were so helpful. I’m smitten with Bath and will return to the Francis. You can not beat this location."
