A lovely boutique hotel. The hotel staff went above and beyond - taking care of our every need. We really appreciated that they opened the dining room early to make sure we had breakfast before a tour. A perfect stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kennard as part of our trip to Bath. We chose it for its proximity to the sights. Our room was clean and lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Lovely place to stay - beautiful part of Bath, we walked everywhere with ease,(galleries, shops, cinema, restaurants etc) and they serve a fantastic breakfast. Sweet staff.

Love this intimate and quiet spot close to central Bath. Stayed in the single room with a shared bath but had the bath to myself for my stay. The amenities and attention to making this property special are why I look forward to my return!

Disappointed

We arrived to a friendly welcome however when we entered the room it was small, unclean, in need of a lick of paint and it was not what we expected. So disapponted.

Nice rooms, clean, comfortable bed, friendly check in. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Rooms are quite small, and there is no lift - so be warned if those things are important to you. But overall I would stay herw agin happily. :)

Absolutely lovely!

Absolutely loved staying here, even though it was just for one evening. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, and replied quickly to emails with any questions or concerns. Our room was adorable and so comfortable! Loved the waffle knit bathrobes and slippers for our comfort, free of charge! The little homemade shortbreads were a special touch and very yummy! Our room was quiet and overlooked the courtyard gardens.
