"We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the experience. All staff we came into contact with were polite and friendly. Lily, who checked us in was just lovely, so helpful and polite. An asset to the Company. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel again"

"The hotel generally was good and I'm maybe being a little to picky but, the bath was amazing though was a stand alone bath. Due to this, behind the bath was actually quite filthy. It would be better if the bath was built in as there is also no where to put your shower gels etc while bathing. We were only supplied 3 coat hangers which is nowhere near enough. A coat stand or hooks would be good so coats could be hung up. Also, the lighting for the mirror in the room was dim so my wife struggled to do her make up. The room we had was a premier king room."

"Superior room at Brock's GH meant a spacious room with a table and two chairs, couch, chest of drawers and large bathroom. Only two negatives were: 1. No aircon like most of England, but a little fan helped. 2. Stairs to get to 2nd floor, no lift, again like most of England. These points should be documented in the property description."

"Good clean room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and a very good time slot 7:30am-10-30am so plenty of flexibility. Good to have parking at the hotel you can just leave your car at the car park and walk to central Bath or nearby attractions The Circus and Royal Crescent only 10 minutes walk away. Bit of a steep climb coming back up but good exercise. Would definitely stay again."

"Great value and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Tiny but clean and safe, very well designed tiny room with lots of hooks and shelves. Appreciated the internal latch on the room, similar budget hotels have done away with it. Very central, a few minutes’ walk to all central Bath attractions, but also quiet. Would definitely stay again."
