When we needed to leave early one morning, Clive made us sandwiches to take as we would miss breakfast. We will definitely return. "

"Excellent B&B. Everything was ideal. The room (#9) was a good size (even though it's the smallest one) with a deceptively spacious bathroom - which had a great shower. Comfy bed, light and bright (big Velux window), and very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly and helpful staff / owners, free parking, and the place was an easy 10 - 15 min walk right into the centre throng. We'll stay here again next time we visit Bath."

"This was exactly what we wanted for our weekend trip to bath. The Inn was charming and the couple running it are charming as well. The breakfast was pretty limited, but just fine and the room was really beautiful. We were able to walk to the heart of Bath in 15 minutes which was such a luxury and felt safe walking back after dinner. All in all a great experience."

"This is a wonderful little B&B, the room was adequately spacious and comfortable for us both with a gorgeous bathroom. We had all the little extras we could need plus a fabulous selection of refreshments in the room for us. Breakfast to our room each morning was wonderful, there was a comprehensive list for us to select from and we loved the choice of times to really make it work for us. "Very nice B&B in Bath, England. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there are also additional spots across from the property. Reasonable walking distance into Bath to see all the sight and restaurants. Helpful staff. Shout out to Bradley who recommended some great restaurants to try in central Bath. He also cleaned the pterodactyl (huge bird)poop off of my car window, which he termed. We also drove out the Stone Henge from there. "

"Beautiful hotel, great location, just out of the City centre. There is a bit of a walk back up a fairly steep hill. Breakfast has to be ordered the evening before and there is a good choice. The only downside the room we stayed in was that it faced the main road and we were unable to have the window open during the night as it was very noisy. If we stayed again, we would choose a room facing the garden."

"The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay."

"This was a charming place in the heart of the city. Yes it is loud at nights so if you're bothered by noise this place is not for you. This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you. We found the place, spacious and the location idea. There's plenty of great restaurants nearby and all the highlight places to visit are just minutes away by foot.
