We were able to walk to many of the attractions and shopping with no problem. The hotel was clean and the rooms were roomy. I have already said this is where we will stay on return visits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas!"

Her charisma, warmth, and professionalism are remarkable, and it is immediately evident why she has dedicated 38 years to this property. Sue went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for, turning a wonderful stay into a once in a lifetime memory. She is an absolute asset to Marriott and a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality looks like. If I were to offer one small suggestion, it would be the inclusion of an airport shuttle service something we would gladly pay for, as this hotel unquestionably deserves every bit of recognition it receives. We recommend the Marriott Marquis without hesitation and can confidently say that this will be the only hotel we choose to stay at from now on."
