"Location was perfect! Elevator was a caos they have a new way to take the elevator a little confused! we need to wait like 30 minutos, Hotel had a conference or a Event. but for other part was great. Room was Clean and comfortable."

"Second time staying at this hotel (first time was approx 12 years ago). Perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere (UN, Times Square, Broadway, Bryant Park, Bus Tour stops, shopping, restaurants, etc). We stayed on the 15th floor and I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the rooms were. There was a fire one street away and a marathon in front of the hotel and we could barely hear anything from inside our rooms. Plus the rooms have a good amount of space and large bathrooms."

"Overall, I had a good stay and would give this hotel 4 stars. The room was clean, surprisingly spacious for NYC, and the bed was very comfortable — definitely a plus after long days exploring the city. There were a few inconveniences, though. My room didn’t have a TV remote, and there was no phone in the room, so anytime I needed something or had a question, I had to go downstairs. The front desk was also clearly understaffed — one young woman was handling everything on her own, juggling multiple guests at once. She was incredibly efficient and doing her best under pressure — I really hope they’re paying her good money for all that she was managing on her own."

"This is an older hotel, but it’s very clean and well maintained, with genuinely friendly staff and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. There’s a pharmacy, along with several restaurants and coffee shops (including Starbucks), right across the street, which is very convenient. It’s also just a short walk to Times Square, making the location hard to beat."

"This was our first time staying at this location. It is a very pretty hotel. They upgraded us upon arrival. The rooms are fairly large for NYC and very clean. Overall great experience "

"The client service very poor I had to remind them everyday to leave me cups forvthe cofee. They didnt wanted to send me a cofee machine. The cleaness very poor they didnt clean the mirrors. Sometimes they didnt leave the full set of towels in the barhroom. When I cslled to the reception the personal was rude. "

"Small size room but we made do. King bed made up for it! A/C was quite noisy but we got used to it. Towels old and thin but were changed daily. Housekeeping was good. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Hotel was in convenient location and we couldn’t hear any city noise which was great. We were happy with our stay here. Would recommend for the central location and rooftop bar that have awesome views of the Empire State Building. "
