"Excellent location to go back to HK airport as there was a bus across the street. The luggage Storage service was helpful and convenient. The room was a great size for our family and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We had a fantastic stay here. It’s a 5 minute walk to the MTR station. The size of the room is huge. The kitchen area was handy as we could make some simple meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. And, of course, the view was stunning. The government has initiated a new green policy so no toiletries are provided, although you do have the option to purchase some at the front desk or at nearby shops. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay here again."

"We have been staying here the last three times we visited Hong Kong. The family room is spacious and great for hanging out with family. The harbour view is good too! What we also love about this hotel is the convenience from the train station, a lift that brings you almost straight to the side door, and the variety of food and fruit in the neighbourhood. "

"Everything is great but the sound from adjacent rooms can travel through walls. These sounds can be bothersome during sleep. The hotel has an open view which looks over the Sai Ying Pun MTR Station and has one of the most convenient locations you'll ever want for everything HK island has to offer. Overall, I'm very happy and will stay here again."

"The overall experience is great! The cleanliness of the hotel room is guaranteed as Dorsett Kai Tak was opened in Aug 2024. I like the infinity pool the most as you can enjoy the sunset view. The only disadvantage is that the hotel should improve the quality of the breakfast."

"We loved staying here, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel was super nice. The pool and spa area were excellent. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and we were at the hotel in 10 minutes. They also provide a shuttle to the train (MTR) station, which made getting around super easy. The only downside is there is nothing next to the hotel like other restaurants but there is a brand new mall across the street that is due to open soon. The breakfast buffet was nice"
