Had a fantastic few days in the city. The hotel is modern and has a fantastic Euro-style cafe in reception, serving great coffee and fresh breakfasts and lunches. Friendly and very helpful staff made it a very pleasant stay and our room was clean and made available to us as early as they could. It was a corner room with views over the city, amazing at night. The hotel is well placed and makes for easy walks to everything you would want to experience in the area.

Room was kept clean every day. Close walking distance to MTR station, Jordan station. But one night the water pump was broken so I couldn’t take shower. The staff worked overnight to fix the issue and offered apologies. Positive attitude by staff which acknowledged the problem and fixed in within a few hours.
