Our stay was overall ok; that said we feel a little cheated by the photos shown on the property listing. Don't be fool by the photos, the property is not as new as the photos make it out to be. Internet connection was also slow at times (which is uncommon for Hong Kong)
Otherwise staff we encountered are all very helpful and friendly. Location of the property is great, plenty of food options in the area.

Very clean standard hotel
Not flash but for 3 star good price and location
Room well equiped, reception staff were very nice and helpful and I have no complaints
Lots of restaurants nearby and right above Sai Ying Pun metro station so very convenient

Hotel is centrally located, within walking distances to MTR, many restaurant.
room is tiny but clean, furniture is modern. Hotel only provided two large towels. They should provide two smaller towels.
Front desk personal is either ignorant or unwilling to go extra step to help the customers.
