"We booked a double room but what we were provided unfortunately wasn’t a full size double bed. The size of the room was very small and there were signs up apologising for this but I can live with a small room. There was no window in the room which made it feel even more claustrophobic. "Very dirty bed with hair and stains from previous guests, mold that they had tried to cover over, no lock on the bathroom and above all, the room looks nothing like the pictures here. I pointed it out to the staff who didn’t care at all and blamed Hotels.com instead."

"Rooms are cosy, simple, well maintained and clean. They accommodated our request to be on a higher floor towards the end of the corridor. The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. Hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Kowloon a short walk from Jordan station. Staff are friendly and efficient. "
