The hotel was easy to find, it's in a cool area of Hong Kong, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was great - spacious and comfortable They also gave me a free upgrade because a better room was available - overall I'd definitely stay there again.

Convenient location. However hotel entrance is a bit awkward, going through an alley which is the drawback. Housekeeping services are great. Front desk staffs should have more patience with guests.

The lady who checked usbin was super friendly and so was the housekeeper we ran into in the elevator. The room was spacious with all amenities for a comfortably stay. The property is now our hotel each time we pass through Hong Kong.
