Watch as the night sky is illuminated by colour and the air is filled with music as you stroll along this diverse arts and entertainment precinct.

Take a stroll along Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade to enjoy the stunning views across Victoria Harbour. This waterfront promenade will lead you past many of Hong Kong’s major attractions while at night a light and sound show makes it an attraction in its own right.

Take the pedestrian route from west to east to pass through the Avenue of Stars. The city was once referred to as the “Hollywood of the East” and is home to its own collection of celebrity handprints, plaques and memorials that pay respect to Hong Kong’s film industry. Have a photo taken alongside the life-size model of Bruce Lee, one of Hong Kong’s best-known action movie stars.

Visit the precinct on a Saturday evening and you’ll find musical performances taking place on the street.Visit the Hong Kong Museum of Art to admire the impressive collection that outlines all the movements within Chinese cultural history. See paintings, sculptures and calligraphy that date back centuries. Next door you’ll find the interactive exhibits and 3-D films of the Hong Kong Space Museum.

Use the promenade for a relaxing way to finish your night after an evening at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. After you’ve seen the city’s best dancers and actors perform within the theatre you can reflect on the show as you walk along the water.

No matter the time of day, the views from the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade are impressive. At sunset you have the chance to take a photo of the city skyline illuminated by the sinking sun. After it sets you can join the hundreds of people that congregate for the Symphony of Lights show. The free sound and light show features lasers and music and is a celebration of human energy and spirit. Afterwards take your pick from a range of restaurants that are nearby.

Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade is located at the tip of Kowloon Peninsula and can be reached in style by the Star Ferry from central Hong Kong. There is no fee to stroll along day and night.
