"Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. We enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast was fine. However, I did have a minor issue with the cleanliness of our room. Upon arrival, I noticed a stray nail and some fake eyelashes on the floor, which was disappointing. While it didn't ruin our stay, it did detract from the otherwise excellent ambiance."

"It was worth upgrading to a harbour view room. Very luxurious hotel. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel 'softens' the look around the rooftop pool area, with garden planters to block the rust-coloured winches that you look at. Needed some greenery up there."

"We stayed in Harbor Studio. The room is massive! with a very decent equipped kitchen (standard fridge, oven, rice cooker, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with steam pipe for milk frothing etc etc) Excellent living room which can sit at least 6 people. Bed is facing the Victoria Harbor. Shower also facing the Harbor. I felt like I was in a cruise ship. You can basically order almost food from K11 Musea restaurants from the TV with free delivery. There is also a supermarket in K11 Musea....
