"The hotel was very clean including public places. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good - an extra cost but worth it. Most staff were very friendly and helpful but came across one desk clerk that may have been having a bad day and was unfortunately very rude for no apparent reason - who knows. Otherwise I would have rated the hotel a perfect 5 out of 5. "

"The hotel is so conveniently located and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Service was excellent as well. The only downside was that the aircon unit had an intermittent sound. "

There was a bit of construction noise during our spa treatments but everything else including our dine-in breakfast was perfect."

"Unfortunately the shared kitchen area had an odd smell, every time we tried to use it. Lack of cutlery and very limited selection of cookware made it impossible to use it. The breakfast was ok, but quality was quite hectic dat by day. The staff were great and I really enjoyed the offered yoga class as well. I would/will definitely return in the future. "

"Fantastic hotel in central Sydney. Easy to get to from the airport and close to all city highlights. Staff were excellent, the room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Very good value for money. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to others."

"Staff were very helpful and there were great communal facilities including microwave, toaster, also where you could make a cup of tea or coffee and potentially store food in the fridge. Bed was very comfortable and the room quiet with effective air-conditioning. "
