The property is well maintained, and they offer great rooms in a quiet neighborhood. The locale is quiet and it was an improvement on the weekend as this is on the edge of Roma Norte. We did have intermittent hot water to shower over the weekend. And, they don't offer daily housekeeping. But, they've got a functional gym, AC that works, fast Wi-Fi and walkable to a number of dining options.

My room was beautiful, the shower my fave part! The air con was essential, the heat wave I experienced in Mexico City was crazy but my room was fresh and cozy. Mini fridge to store all your cold drinks and snacks. The security personnel was super attentive and cordial, I can’t recommend this place more, I will be back!

Great property with good amenities and hugely helpful staff. Javier was an absolute gem. Value is fantastic, and it's a great home base to explore Roma Norte or for a longer stay for business.

Beautifully designed modern boutique place. no elevator. nice rooftop. loved the indoor air quality due to the plants on each floor. they accommodated my transfer to another unit when i saw that the gf unit they put me in didnt have any windows. great location, quiet area, away from the 5 g towers. ok sunrise view on the roofdeck. gym was small but convenient. it was a plus that there was a little Our Lady of Guadalupe street shrine just outside. very nice spot, i would stay here again.

El lugar es muy lindo y con una ubicación excelente, la habitación tiene todo para tener una estancia de lo más cómoda, me encantó que tuvieran una Nespresso. El staff de recepción y seguridad súper amables y atentos en todo momento, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en ULIV Roma Norte.
