We had a wonderful stay at ONTO Roma Norte. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Our spacious, beautifully designed suite felt like a luxurious apartment and was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of excellent restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions. With its outstanding hospitality, stylish suites, and prime location, ONTO Roma Norte exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return! ❤️🇲🇽

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Roma Norte. Perfect location, lovely and extremely helpful staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Would stay again.

Property is nice and clean, and I’m a great location. Room is spacious and comfortable. The one part the was a big issue for me was the noise. I was hesitant to originally book here because I read reviews about noise. Those reviews are correct. It’s single pane windows so the street noises comes through loudly. As well, I was in the 6th floor, so you’d hear the rooftop patio movement at all times of night and morning. If you stay here, ask for a room in the 5th floor and not facing the street.

Amazing stay at ONTO in CDMX. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants, easy to get to main attractions and the staff are superb. They upgraded us to a fabulous room on the top floor ... the rooftop on was better than we anticipated with magnificent views of the city. Highly.... Highly recommend!

The room was very nice, featuring a big, comfortable bed. Housekeeping visited at least twice a day, which allowed us to keep the room spotlessly tidy all day long. The rooftop is great, with beautiful views.

This hotel was located perfectly in Roma Norte. Very walkable area with tons of options for food and exploring. We loved the hotel room we stayed in—super clean and modern. We almost forgot about the rooftop, but it was beautiful up there for an early morning breakfast with such pleasant service.
