Stayed on 17th floor facing airport, amazing views, great amenities, a massive hotel with normal big hotel amenities (laundry service only).
Comfortable beds and pillows.
One downside was walls between rooms super thin, lady in room next door coughed all night long 😞, limited sleep had.

Connected to the airport so no need for a taxi. The room was spacious and offered a good choice of amenities. I loved the window and view. No noise. 😊

Excellent Location and a Wonderful Stay in Osaka!
We had a great stay at this hotel in Osaka for 4 nights! The location was fantastic, with three train stations nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Dotonbori was also just a comfortable 20-minute walk away, which was perfect for enjoying the food, shopping and atmosphere.
The area felt safe, and the convenience of getting around made our stay stress-free. A special mention to Hikari Restaurant, which was absolutely...

A great hotel, however a dign in English is required. Should say, “Reception or check in Lvl “.
As we had no internet, to translate on our phone.

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed here for 6 nights. The bed was SUPER comfortable, the staff were friendly and the hotel is located close to lots of great dining options. It's a short walk to the train station entrances too.
