"No association ever at the front desk, just kept a sign on the door to call their cell, never brought clean towels or toilet paper the whole time we stay and there were ants in the bathroom sink. No excuse as there wasn’t but no body staying there. "

"Beautiful property built in the hills of rural Gatlinburg with excellent service and conveniently located on route of the Free Trolly to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Another free shuttle on property is available to get you up and down the mountain to access the pools, zip line, restaurant and water park. "We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again!"

I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. "The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
