"Hi,I phoned during our stay about the state of 82 Sandy Bay Farms road. The biggest concern was the smell of the water from the faucets, especially in the showers and baths. The water had a significant sewage smell to it. It lingered on all of us after we've been through a shower or a bath. The exterior of the house was also dirty. "The parking lot is very spacious and the garbage is comfortable. Also, there was a Ruakaka stream in front of the garden, so it was good as a healing point.
