Great property when you walk in but a bit average when we got to our floor. The streaming service on the TV and internal phone were not working. Overall it was okay but I prefer the Herschel St one 😀

Fantastic location, just a couple hundred metres easy walk to river. Unit was very clean, but a few annoying design things. For example, had to pull desk away from the wall to reach PowerPoint to plug in my laptop. Desk chair uncomfortable and located half on carpet, half on tile. Very hard to get to wardrobe when the bedroom door was open. But staff were great! I would stay again

I had quite a large amount of heavy luggage. One gentleman (hotel employee) helped me out by providing a trolley and another Irish gentleman (hotel employee, I believe he was part of the maintenance team - Ross from memory) went above and beyond by taking himself from his tasking and assisted me with getting a particular large and heavy box to my room. Absolutely fantastic service. A negative incident will be captured on camera on lobby on 05/03/21 at approximately 1400 hours which is understandably a busy time for the hotel Staff and the lifts. However, I found this particular employee could tarnish the fantastic experience for guests. I politely asked the employee if she was waiting for a lift as she was lending on a trolley using her phone beside the lift I had been allocated and I didn’t want to be rude by skipping past her in the event the employee had been allocated the same lift which clearly would not fit two trolleys. The employee aggressively responded to me by answering my question with a question “are you asking me to move?” I replied, “no, I just didn’t want to skip the queue but there is a lift that appears to be opening and no one is using it” or words to that effect. The employee then kindly let me squeeze past with my trolley. I then heard the employee say “do you live her?” , I replied “yes” not realising there was also private residents that live in the building. She then said “make sure you return the hotel’s trolley” I explained I was a “hotel guest”.

Nice well located property. Room not as clean as expected, had to ask for various items, ie dish wash tablets, bath plug etc. Cleaners seemed rushed each time.
