"I definitely would come back here. Note the drinks are not so great so tell them what you want and watch. Staff are super friendly and helpful. If they don’t speak English they try to still help or get someone. Elizabeth checked me in and she’s a superstar. The room in Dreams preferred was great and there were very minor things that I’d want improved but nothing worth a “complaint” about. Come and see the place yourself!!! So many wonderful open areas to lounge as well"

"We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos. The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more special. We especially want to thank Josue and Priscilla for their incredible hospitality. They were welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.
