Perfect location, the hotel was modern, clean, very spacious. Our room had a full kitchen and easy access to the pool. The hotel lost power for about 45 minutes and we also didn't have water for over an hour. Honestly i would stay there again

Family of four, two adults and two teenagers

Casa Loteria was a great choice for our family. We chose it because we could stay together in one room instead of two and that it had a kitchen. The hotel was an easy walk to the beach, food and markets.

I liked that the prop was close to everything there. I didn't like the first couple of days because the toilet didn't work, our kitchen drains didn't drain, there was very little hot water in the showers and there was very little water pressure coming from the shower heads.

We had no hot water during our stay. The staff tried to help with late checkout and free breakfast however. Lovely pool, excellent location to be able to walk everywhere. Would have liked bedside reading lamps. Comfortable and pleasant.

Great boutique hotel. The only thing I would recommend is adding hair conditioner, tissue and more bath towels. Also the pool water is way too cold, and the jacuzzi was not fixed. Breakfast was great. Staff is all nice.

Beautiful little hotel, we will absolutely be back! Our room was clean, spacious yet cozy. I have a high standard of cleanliness and this place surprised me, in the best way! Such a great space for families, felt very safe and welcoming. The photos of the hotel do not do it justice, it is such a gem. Only issue we had was the hot tub kept running cold, besides that, the place was 5/5 stars. We did some yoga during our stay as well, that was a very nice little treat. It is a quick 5 minute walk to down town Sayulita, 3 minute walk to the beach.
