"This is a lovely unit with a very modest, yet sufficient set up. It is very close to the beach and in the commercial area for San Pancho. It is attached to a gallery where there is someone on-duty / working during the day. Came during the hot season but was able to rest well at night with the AC on."

"Well decorated. It was overall okay. There's quite a bit of construction and there's alot of rules with everything from check in to sleeping on the sheets."

"Upon arriving at this hotel, there was no one on site to greet me or let me in to the property. The hotel is located on a muddy side street off the main road and I called the phone number on the website and texted multiple times to be let in and no one answered or reached out. I finally called hotels.com directly to tell them I was standing in the street trying to get inside. Finally, after an hour they relayed instructions and said they have no one on site on Sundays. The hotel doesn’t have anyone around to help and the website phone number is incorrect we found out!!
The main security gate on the street has been broken for days and can be pushed open from the street!! The guests at the hotel seemed concerned about safety, and this hotel feels like it’s running with no staff on site. There was no one around at all and the phone number doesn’t work if you need assistance. You’re on your own if you stay here!"
"We enjoyed the location. Many great choices to eat. Walking distance to the beach. The garden at the hotel is Lucious. Our room did not have a TV, which was fine. Very nice to have the front gate closed in the evening. Also great to have a night watchman. "
