"Great"

"Upon arrival, staff was very courteous. Our room was ready early which is always an added bonus for us. We had a wonderful ocean-view room which was spotless. Bed was a little hard for our liking, but we were only staying for one night. The room had everything we needed, including cutlery if we decided to eat in. The only downside was you can hear everything in the rooms around you - whether they are turning on the sink or opening the sliding door to the balcony. The walk down to the beach was pleasant, however the walk back up can be steep so make sure you take advantage of the courtesy shuttle. They did offer bonfires in the evenings but reservations are required. The property as a whole was very nice and had so many wonderful views with trails to walk on. If we are ever in the area again, we would not mind staying here!"

"Houssien's home by the beach was perfect! He was so quick to answer any questions. I really appreciated that. The home is just around the corner from the beach, about 4 houses away from the deli that has good food and right across the street is a really good restaurant with a full bar with great food, a small grocery store, and a place to get pizza, all with-in a 3-4 minute walk. The leather sofa in the living room had two recliner chairs on either end, with another chair that reclined. The king size bed was so comfortable and it seemed extra big! The sheets were so soft. Having two bathrooms was great too! The kitchen had everything you need to cook 3 meals a day if you want to. That was something that was really important to me because I love to cook. Outside of getting Rueben sandwiches for lunch on our second day of five, and getting clam chowder the night of arrival at the restaurant, I prepared every other meal in the kitchen. There were also condiments to use above just the salt and pepper that most houses offer! They also provide streaming so we were able to watch our shows on Hulu in the evenings. We love coming to Aptos for a beach getaway. This is the third house we have stayed in, and this is the one we will return to. Thank you Houssien for being such a great host. We can't wait to return!"
