"We stayed in Julie’s studio over the weekend for my daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect location for heading out to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the close beach, and Santa Cruz. They had a cot available for my daughter though she did end up in the bed with us. Julie is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating! It was the perfect place and size for us for our trip. "

"We came in to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UCSC. This was a half hour from UCSC, so perfect for us. My daughter’s said it reminded them of their grandma’s house…dated but comfortable. The property was clean & had everything we needed. And it was dog friendly! It was very spacious for the 4 of us - large rooms, 2 1/2 baths. Nice decks upstairs & great patio space off bedrooms for BBQ & gathering with small yard, but big enough for our dog. The only suggestion would be to update the oven. The temperature gauge is not connected & I couldn’t tell what temp I turned the oven too. Also, the utensil drawer has no slides so it’s very difficult to open & get the silverware out as it falls forward. "
