"Our stay was very enjoyable. The clean room and amenities (toiletries, coffee maker minifridge) were very welcoming. Katina made our late check-in very smooth, and ensures that early breakfast request was fulfilled. The pastries, fresh berry fruit cup, and orange juice nourished us very well. Also, the grounds and views of the ocean took our minds to another place, off the beaten path. The quiet and clean property comforted us tremendously. We would love to make it our go-to place to stay when in Capitola."

"Beautiful house! This is a very clean beautiful house that my family loved staying in. We enjoyed the second living room with a super comfy couch and huge TV. The house was well stocked especially the kitchen!Beds are very comfortable too.Highly recommend!!"

"This property worked extremely well for our family group of 8 adults, 5 kids under 5 (2 infants), and a couple dogs. Parking for our 5 vehicles was easy. Lots of space both inside and outside to hang and play. Having the yard so accessible and at the same level as the main living space was great. Totally fenced in large yard reduced any anxiety over wondering kids or dogs. Very well-equipped kitchen, with lots of workspace. The induction cooktop took some getting used to, but we got there. A second fridge in the (gigantic) garage helped immensely to store lots of drinks, etc. And so many "toys" things to play games with, ping-pong, beach stuff, way more than typical at a rental. So many amenities, though-out details, labeling of light switches, etc. was very helpful.Communication with Crystal was fantastic, we had several exchanges, she usually responded within minutes. A great host, who always seemed to want to make our time there as good as it could be.Hard to say when we might return to the area, but when we do, we found a great place to stay. This one will be at the top of our list."

"Love, love The Capitola Hotel! The staff, especially Julie, are awesome and always helpful, the rooms and property are always clean and welcoming. The Grand Cayman is our favorite room and paying for the garage parking is so worth the price! The location perfect, within walking distance of everything. If you’re a light sleeper, use the ear plugs, early mornings are very noisy with deliveries across the street and the street cleaning."
