"My family and I had a nice, relaxing stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the backyard and propane BBQ.The location was convenient, about a five-minute walk to the beach, with stores and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful.We enjoyed the pool table, although walls and a railing are close on three sides, requiring the shorter cues for some shots. The TV in that area didn't work, but the downstairs TV did.The biggest negative was the heat. There is no A/C, and the thermostat's cool setting did not work. To be fair, we were there during unusually hot weather, but the upstairs bedroom stayed very hot even at night. There are two fans, but we didn't find both until later in our stay.Signs above the toilets warn of sensitive plumbing and a minimum 5,000 repair fee for blockages caused by improper disposal.There was stagnant-looking water near the route to the beach with quite a few mosquitoes, though they weren't a problem at the house.Management was nice and responsive. We found a stained towel and sent a picture so there wouldn't be any misunderstanding. They responded right away, which I appreciated.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would have enjoyed it even more in cooler weather."

"The property is right across the street from the bluffs overlooking Seacliff Beach State Park. We made full use of all the property had to offer. Watched the sunset from the front stairs and marvlous breakfasts on the upper deck overlooking the ocean. The only little inconvenince was no tub or shower on the lst floor which was difficult for folks with mobility challenges."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this home for 7 nights. The living area upstairs was comfortable, plenty of room for the family and guests. With the curtains drawn back the living, dining, and kitchen area was full of light. The open windows let in a breeze. The balcony offered a view and sounds of the ocean. There is a toilet/sink upstairs. The downstairs had all the bedrooms. The sitting are had a pull out couch with a TV. There was no TV upstairs which we really missed. The stairs between the floors were steep and plentiful but didn’t deter one of the visitors who is 95 yrs old. Residence was close to restaurants and the beach."
