"Hotel was beautiful. The spa, rooftop pool, gym and common areas were all top notch. Amazing staff and room service. Excellent experience and atmosphere "
"A great little hotel, with an interesting vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Not a tremendous amount going on within the immediate surrounding blocks but not a bad walk to Praça do Comércio and some of Lisbon’s more popular neighborhoods. The room had cool bunk beds that my kids loved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon"
"The great:
- Welcoming, friendly staff
- Clean, soft sheets on firm beds
- Extra sheets for making up the couch my kiddo slept on
- Nespresso machine in the room for morning coffee
- Very clean
- Great water pressure for a lovely shower
- Held our luggage for us after we checked out but wanted to go out for the day
The less great:
- The elevators become a choke point in the mornings for breakfast and checkout. We had more than one instance where it said it was taking us one direction but took us the other, and two instances of an elevator going our direction, but skipping our floor when we had been waiting a while, which was frustrating.
-The breakfast is very expensive, especially given how cheap food is in Lisbon and compared to what you get. I would skip spending 25€+ per person and walk across the street to the train station, where there are tons of food vendors.
