What a wonderful welcome to Lisbon...we were greeted by the friendly front desk who gave us a delicious welcome port and pastel de nata. Room was a little small but great.The breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold choices. Location was fabulous. Note: Hotel is on a pedestrian street so if you need to take an Uber you will need to walk a block to catch one.

Lovely quiet and clean hotel within walking distance of most attractions and public transport. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good, especially the pastries and other sweet offerings. I would definitely stay here again when in Lisbon.

The staff was incredibly helpful! We arrived into Lisbon early and they offered to hold our bags and see if our room was ready early. Then once we were shown to our room, the view was stunning and the accommodation were very comfortable. The 4th floor was very well soundproofed from the street noise. Then after we checked out, we missed our train and went back to ask if they could hold our bags for 4 hours and Rodrigo was very helpful and held them for us. The port wine at check in was also a wonderful touch. Thank you Behotelisboa!

This was our second stay at Behotelisboa. We loved it the first time and it didn’t disappoint. Room is nice size for the center of Lisbon. Very central location on a flat pedestrian only street. Breakfast was nice and fresh every day. Staff is super kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay again

Behotelisboa is a lovely hotel, perfectly located in an area of Lisbon that allows to walk everywhere and discover this beautiful city. The room was smallish but perfectly appointed and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has an arrangement with a nearby parking where you can leave your car at half price.
